Now Performing OSHA compliant Respirator Fit Tests for negative pressure respirators N95, KN95, P95, and R95 respirators

Our Services

Professional Fit Testing Services provides a cost effective fit testing solution for NIOSH-certified respirators. As they are a safety requirement meant to protect against airborne contaminants, Respirator Face Piece Fit Testing requires the subject to simulate on-the-job movements while wearing the respirator. Exercises resemble normal movements at work, especially those associated with face piece leakage. Our job is to ensure that you are trained to properly use a respirator when they are called for.

N95

An N95 respirator is a respiratory protective device designed to achieve a very close facial fit and very efficient filtration of airborne particles. Note that the edges of the respirator are designed to form a seal around the nose and mouth.

KN95

KN95 masks provide 95% protection against all particles that are greater than 0.3 µm in diameter (bacteria, viruses, pollution particles, fine particles, dust, smog, pollen, etc.) KN95 masks have a 3D foldable design, earloops, nose bridge/nosepiece, and provide excellent fitting and sealing.

P95

Most commonly used for working in environments exposed to oil-based particles, P95 respirators are approved by NIOSH for 95% filtration efficiency against oil-based and non-pil-based particulates.

R95

These general purpose disposable R95 respirators are oil-resistant. They are used where is high risk of exposure to oil splash, odors, and airborne particles, including woodworking, demolition, food manufacturing. R95 respirators are oil resistant and filter at least 95% of airborne particles.
